FIA mentoring programme for young leaders: become the future of motor sport

APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN FOR THE 2025 EDITION

This immersive programme offers young, open-minded and talented staff members of FIA clubs the opportunity to: 

• Gain an internal perspective of the FIA,
• Engage with FIA experts to discuss and address their challenges,
• Network with peers and build valuable connections.

We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2025 Edition, which will take place from Tuesday 2 to Thursday 11 September 2025.

Participants, coming from across the globe, will be welcomed in the FIA facilities in Paris (France), Geneva (Switzerland) and Valleiry (France) and will be invited to attend the Rallye du Mont-Blanc, in the French Alps.

HOW CAN YOUR YOUNG MEMBERS APPLY?
Applicants must register on the following platform:

Applications are open from Monday 14 April to Sunday 18 May 2025

The required documents are: 

• CV in English
• Letter expressing their motivations to join the programme
• Recent picture (head and shoulders)
• Support letter signed by a high level representative of the ASN/ACN
• Passport copy (must be at least 6 months from expiry by the date of the programme)

Please be aware that all documents must be submitted in English as the programme will be conducted in English.

We confirm that each club may submit only one candidate, and that the FIA will cover travel expenses (hotel, flights, and meals).

After the application period closes, the FIA Immersion team will review all submissions and will reach out to all candidates.
